Intro Usab Classmates: Hi. Great energy in the class this week. If it was possible to earn a living at it, Ellie could be a professional usability test participant! OK, final written reports are due Thursday, April 24th, at noon. (Hard and soft copy, if you please.) Here is our presentation schedule: April 24 1 - Jen and Sarah 2 - Hari and Praveen 3 - Marcelo and Xiaowei 4 - Walter and Emily 5 - Ravi and Sheng-Wen May 1 Everyone else. If one team wishes to move from April 24th to May 1, I think that might even up the time better. But not necessary. No specific length constraints re the written reports -- just get the information communicated. As for the presentations -- 30 minutes max. (This is often the way it is in industry.) Please make sure each team member makes some of the presentation. I recommend practicing a bit - or at least considering the choreography. "First I will describe the methods we employed, and then Sarah will summarize the results. I will return to offer recommended next steps, and we will both welcome your questions." That sorta thing. All for now. I will be out of town this weekend but expect to have Internet connectivity if you have any questions. Home stretch! Randolph.
